It's a construct using a picture originally from Syria in 2011

That is just diabolical shame on whoever wrote that piece and used the photograph of that poor guy and his mother from Syria. Whatever is this world coming to

The internet has gone wild west. Anyone can publish anything they want, it seems.

The sad part is not the fakery, but someone using an image, when that image is not fake.
