Doubt it will stop the manufacture of clones, but it may make some vendors think twice...
Seems their argument is that it was copyright infringement of the hana logo?
So if they had no logos there would be no problem?

I'm not sure why they use the logo. Only an idiot would look at it and think this is a real Hana Modz or even care. Hardly a status symbol.  A bit of solvent and all you have is a block of aluminium with a battery in it. Which is what I have.  And probably works just as well as a real block of aluminium. |
