I've just emailed them to ask what's happening as I tried cancelling my order last Thursday. Colly asked me to wait as it would be in stock this week but I did get my express shipping refunded. If they're offering authentic sx's at the same price, surely everyone that's waiting should get one too.

Colly just replied back saying they'll upgrade mine to a genuine one. We'll wait and see eh! Yeah same response I got a few days ago, I emailed them again as the response was not exactly clearing up the issue, I want to know when they are expecting to recieve them and a shipping date, if this is not forthcoming I will be requesting a refund to my PP account. Its quite disturbing to find that most items for sale on the site are pre order??

After again emailing to ask when the mods are due to ship two nights ago, and yet to recieve any form of information to clarify, I have decided to request my order is cancelled, and my PP account refunded.
I will not be using Evkoo again! I should have learnt the first time I used them and recieved the same run around.

Just a heads up for fellow peep's I had to escalate this sale to a dispute to get Evkoo to cancel the mod and refund me which they did within 30 mins of the dispute being made. Thank you!
Personally I won't be buying from this company again, out of all the purchases I have made from China, Evkoo are the only firm I have had any problems with, and they really need to up their game in the description honesty stakes, and give a realistic timescale for shipping your item.
Pre sale is fine if theirs an end game, but to just say we're hoping to get something this month, or in a few weeks?? is not good enough IMO.

I think customers are aware of the new year holiday, the people it seems to have come as a surprise to is EVKOO as they don't seem to have taken it into account at all when listing products.

The important thing is to remember it's your fault not EVKOO's. The fact they list things for sale and then can't deliver is in no way their responsibility.
