Any news from vampire vape Dagl ?

Customer support- Nikki replied yesterday (sunday) evening asking for the batch number, so she could look into it.

Ok mate,you will have to let them know it's not just yours iv had 130ml of the concentrate now and every one of the 30ml bottles have been the same.

I've had this issue with other vendors and the response has always been the same - that the concentrate has had the wrong ingredients mixed into it. Always dealt with swiftly and in my favour but it's concerning that these types of ingredients are getting into the concentrates in the first place.

If I was told that by a vendor I would not be very happy at all,just think of the damage that it could cause to your health sorry is just not good enough IMO.

I to have just sent a email to vampire vapes about this issue, I have included my batch number so let's see what they have to say.

Had email back from vampire vape apparently the person who can answer my questions is not in the uk at the moment.

Interesting, I had a similar issue with CCW black jack, I made up 10 ml no problems, decided to make up 100ml and it split, even though the concentrate was out of the same bottle. I kept shaking it for days and days, and I have put it to the back of my cupboard, not sure what it is doing now.

First reply today-

Our production director is currently in France doing a Vape Exhibition, he should be back on Thursday, so we’ll be in touch again as soon as he’s had a look at the Black Jack.

Second reply today-

I’ve got our biochemist running some tests on it at the moment, he’s asked if you can tell us how you go about mixing the liquid, i.e. order of ingredients, stirring method, any heat or other ingredients other than PG, VG & Nicotine?e

I have sent a screen shot of the mixing calculator ^^^ as used.

Just had the exact same email Dagl, iv told them exactly how iv mixed it with and without heat and also told them others are having the same issues as me.

Had another email saying they know some others are having problems with this concentrate and are looking into it.
