Pulled it all back out checked all connections with a magnifine glass and all is good, im gutted spent 5 hours on it today i could scream. @windows VapingBadHas anyone got any ideas i could put a video up of whats going on if it helps, Im so pi**ed off now spent over 2 weeks doing the box and paintwork

Then check the power is not locked by holding down the up+down buttons together will display "Power Locked Hold Up Down" if it is, if so hold them down until the message disappears.

That's what i thought but he says it fires which shouldn't happen if locked.

BTW you didn't remove the on-board fire button did you Grandad ? I have to go out for a bit, but if you did you will need to bridge the top to pads as the button was part of the circuit, that the 2 solder pads nearest the output need a small piece of wire connecting them.

If it worked before it was mounted it could be that one of your adjustment buttons is too tight so its permanently pressed.

ok guys thankyou all for your input, i sat here for half hour and thought about it next thing im back in the garage. I remembered the last thing i done was solder the main earth lead on the board which is next to the up wires, so in i went with the scalpal and magnifine glass and after a few minute noticed 1 strand of the earth wire hadnt gone through the board when soldering and can only think when i was tucking all the wires in it had moved and was touching the up button wire and making the up switch on all the time. So i managed to snip it off and presto it all works as it should. Cant believe 1 strand of wire gave me so much stress. Would like to thank you all for your input thats why i love this forum everyone so helpfull and friendly A couple of pics of the box that gave me grey hair
