Folks, there is a specific heading for Gearbest stock queries, and it's not this one. This is where we look at news from the vendor, not reading piles of sh## about difficulties viewing on a mobile, or the extreme stress over a few quid. Bit harsh may only be a few quid to you but it can be ALOT to others

Whilst this is true, not everyone might be aware of the other GB thread buggritt . . . . such points can be addressed without having to resort to belittling other Members. Or posts that are considered inappropriate to this particular thread can be reported and quite easily moved. Which is what I will now do . . . . and tag both jonathan303 & isabel22 so they both are aware of the move. isabel22 can you sort this situation out for us please.

Funny how someone can consider your problem ''a pile of shit'' I wonder if you would see it that way if you were in my situation. All i'm trying to do is resolve an issue and possibly prevent someone else from having the same problem.

Hope any new member or anyone considering membership of this forum, doesn't view this as an example of how members view one another here. As for £73 "being "a few quid", wouldn't mind living in that world for three months just to see what it's like. Hope you get your troubles resolved quickly jonathan303 , having isabel on the job now should speed things up. Unfortunately, your wading in water that others have paddled in before you. Until you get it sorted, if your short of any vaping equipment, drop me a pm, I'm sure I've enough gear spare to see you through until you get fixed up with new stuff.

Striker42 you are a true gentleman, I am genuinely touched by your generosity. It's so good to know there are still people out there that know the meaning of compassion. I've been going through a bit of a bad time and a few kind words can go such a long way. So thank you for that. Perhaps I let my emotions get the better of me in my earlier posts, but it was just the final straw and something had to be said. I've had time to take a few deep breathes and I trust that the issue will be resolved with the help of isabel. In the mean time I fortunately do have some vaping equipment to get me though. But thank you so much for your kind offer. Thanks to all on this forum that backed me up, it was quite unexpected but restored my faith in humanity. In the mean time i'll wait to see how Gearbest responds and i'm sure all will be fine. Anyway I better leave it there before I upset buggritt again, thanks all.

I knew shopping from China was different, but this is a whole new level. Isabel22, if you could please advise me on how to get a full refund to my paypal account, I would appreciate that. Gunjack if you have any advice on how to get that refund that would be great. I don't want store credit under any circumstances, I would never have ordered from Gearbest, or the amount that I did, had it not been for the low price. Thank you so much Isabel. I really appreciate your help resolving the issue. I just needed to feel like someone from Gearbest was listening to what I was trying to say, via the website that wasn't happening, but clearly you have. I will wait for the next few days for the refund to go through to my Paypal account.
I apologies if my tone seemed extreme, i was just trying to put my case forward and highlight a problem, as I saw it. These issues had to be brought to attention as many people look to the support staff for information, and in some cases the information put forward could be considered misleading.
I'm glad I can put this behind me now and grateful the refund will be given, thank you again for your help and support.
