Will this not breach the "over 20mg rule" or does this liquid conform to med regs?

Also it is cheaper to phone and order with cc payment than on eBay, just put .co.uk after their name to get their contact details.
E: obvious for nic as no go on eBay, but for PG, VG, IPA Etc.

Athough this reads as good news I don't know Nick or about certificates now or required in the future so will stick to the freezer for a while.

I posted this in the other thread - probably better here. The Final law has not been written yet.
We will have to wait for the final drafts - but I wouldn't be that confident, the final wording has not been ratified. The current wording is:
(a) nicotine-containing liquid is only placed on the market in dedicated refill containers not exceeding a volume of 10 ml, in disposable electronic cigarettes or in single use cartridges and that the cartridges or tanks do not exceed a volume of 2 ml;
(b) the nicotine-containing liquid does not contain nicotine in excess of 20 mg/ml;
That could easily be interpreted to include nic base sales to the general public
I am pretty sure in Holland (and possibly France? ) there are already restrictions on Nic base.
The issue is that article 20 doesn't not specifically mention nic base, nor does it mention mods, nor does it mention drippers (no tank). It is currently an illiberal and badly written law; written by people that think an e-cig is either a cigalike or an ego. But don't worry I am sure Big Pharma (the real beneficiaries of the law) will educate Brussels at the right time.

Nic Base is a nicotine containing liquid that will only be available as 10ml bottles at a max strength of 20mg. As far as any changes to article 20 go - one of the main aims was to end up with a format that can be taxed across all the EU member states - High strength Nicotine DIY base does not fit in with this plan -they will not be making changes. With luck the deadline will be May 2017 rather than May 2016

Must be me being thick but I'm confused, so will nice Base be available after may next year in large quantities at 72mg or will it be restricted to 10ml at 20mg?

I don't see how Nic base can be legally available over 20mg/ml or in containers larger than 10ml after May 2017. My reading is that people supplying stronger nic and in larger containers before May 2016 (or it might be November) can carry on trading it until May 2017. New traders cannot start supplying stronger/larger products after May 2016. Other interpretations are available.

If things go well nicotine containing liquids including 72mg will remain on the market till May 2017 At this point in time we are waiting on the results of a consultation document ( no doubt it will be published on or around the beginning of May 2016) Ref: Consultation on implementation of the revised Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU) Q23 Should retailers and importers be given the proposed transition period until May 2017 to sell through old stock? As the government is seeking guidance from all interested parties the extension from May 2016 till May 2017 is far from set in stone. A number of interested parties might very much like to see May 2016 as the cut off date.

My first phone order has not gone well, charger 45% more than I expected, I am waiting to hear from Lubrisolve so it is just a mistake, though I had to remind them to send the invoice a day after I paid, I would be angry if they didn't have a good reputation and hope they live up to it.
