Thank you for the information minime . . . . I always feel like I'm being ' picky ' when I say this - but there's a complete absence of any contact information/ a physical address/T&C's on that site from what I can see - which are legal requirements for online selling for everyone.  I don't understand any Vendor not being aware or fulfilling those obligations myself . . . . . |

I am not doubting this gentleman's personal credentials, but the fact still remains - anyone who sells online to the general public has a responsibility to be legally compliant. Consumer legislation is there for a reason, to protect consumers - no exceptions, no matter how wonderful a person you might be, the majority of your potential customer base doesn't know that. Being compliant also gives a degree of professionalism and adds to consumer confidence for my money. Be truthful, if you had an issue with your purchase you'd want to know who to contact and their Terms for dealing with them - I certainly do! |

True for them who don't know lukeyx but like with anything I buy I always check them out my self be it by email or other ways.
It's no problem if people don't want to buy from rootliquids to me at all just thought some guys would like to try some good honest liquid.

I completely agree with with Perpetua Plus it is also for a vendors own sake as any online vendor not complying with Consumer Contract Regulations (& thertefore breaking the law) could be shut down by Trading Standards. |
