Over the past 5 months, I've been averaging around 60 quid a month spending at Chef's on concentrates and bottles. Granted, not a huge amount but certainly not pennies either.... I'm now starting to find their stock control SOOOOO frustrating! 100ml mixing bottles nearly always out of stock. New concentrates sell out really quickly. "Staple" concentrates like RA sell out really quickly. They offer an excellent service and I absolutely love using them - quick delivery and excellent packaging and are very knowledgeable on their products - they just seem to sell out of the "basics" far too frequently :-( I'm swear being stuck at home with this busted ankle is turning me in to a moany old g1t

I agree They have some great products and service but 2 things are wrong for me. The website is rubbish to navigate and frequently flavours I look for are not in stock. It won't stop me using them but.....

I make up orders of £30 to get free p+p and every time I go to checkout something is out of stock and so my order does not go through.
With such a vast range of products and trying to be all things to all men they need a very professional stock controller.

Thanks for posting this ghostrider as it made me wonder why I haven't received what I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and was promised it was being sent out again on 16th 1st class recorded. Guess what nothing and when I check online yep OUT OF STOCK!!!
EDIT: I have just sent them another message asking whats going on after reading this thread. Thank god its only a £21 order but its all the hassle and waiting for non existent deliveries!

@fernau - I've never had any problems with any orders I have made - I hope they sort you out very soon. No, no have I. They've always been top notch. That said I would wonder why I haven't been sent the tracking details as promised especially now I learn the item is out of stock.

I agree 100%.. they are a great company but stock (edited) availability is poor. I suspect it's not due to staff.
My thoughts are that the stock control software just isn't up to the job or their suppliers are routinely out of stock leading to dealys.

Are you sure that you're talking about Chefs Flavours? I have never heard one complaint about customer service, they go above & beyond what is offered by most companies If it really is Chefs then I'm sure Chefs Flavours Lew or Chefs Vapour Karl will have something to say

I will await a reply to my customer email from within my account with them.
I repeat, I've never previously had any problems with them.
added:
I can now confirm that the items have just arrived by recorded to replace the previous ones as promised. So fair doos to them. I will say though they should have sent me the tracking number as promised. They include an invoice and it clearly says please bring tracking number to office. Whatever happened I don't know but they clearly are not at fault. I must have got the last in stock!
