I can recommend the Hcigar vt75 Inbox from our Chinese friends if you don't mind the wait, maybe even a good discount shortly once the sales start.
DNA75 chip, and comes with an atty that works very well.

If your not sure your going to like it try a pico squeeze. Not regulated but you get some electrical protection over the usual niggles of owning a mech. Ebay UK plenty cheap |

How much you looking to spend bud. I have a council of vapour wraith, about £70/80 when I brought it. Can get it for £50/60 now I think. It's a great intro into squonking. Regulated and fires up-to 80w.
