Nobody can tell you that.
Some folks like mostly VG, others mostly PG.
Maybe start around 50/50 and work from there.

Besides the nic content will affect your MTL hit more.

as well as the nic PG will give more throat hit than VG.
as stated 50/50 is a good place to start.

That is the truth.

One mistake I made when I started mixing (probably just me ) was to assume that by adding as much PG as VG gave me a 50/50. It usually doesn't because nic base and flavourings are themselves either PG or VG based. That has to be taken into account. A programme like the amazing Steam Engine allows you to include these factors in your calculations.

It allows you to specify if your flavourings and nic base are mixed with PG or VG. It defaults to flavourings being PG which is almost always the case.

Minimum 80% pg for me, mtl and 9mg...although im considering by next batch may be 100% pg and up the nic a bit...

There's a perfect example of us all liking different things. That high PG ratio you just describe made me shudder. I first started on about 80 percent PG (@ 24 mg/mg nic) thro an EVOD - and that didn't sit well with me.

Everyone's different. Many of us also change over time. I started with a high PG ratio and sure I got "throat hit" but I didn't think it was anything like the hit I use to get from smokes. The persistant scratchy dryness that came with it (well, at least for me) soon had me looking for a change to fix it. Over time I've slowly changed to be an almost max VG vaper (still MTL) - I've come to like that "smoothness".

BUT everyone's different - and that's why I suggested over in your other thread here that it might be a good idea to order a selection of different juices - mix 'em up to see what you prefer and what works best for you.
