Thanks Brian . . . maybe if we tackled the rebuildable options first off, as it would be good to do it as fully as possible, rather than skimming the surface?
Explaining A-Z as far as possible, with tutorial video's on each ( if they're available ) . . . where to buy coil making supplies from and demo video's for them?
There certainly seems to be the interest, but it's hellishly daunting if you're not of a technical persuasion to know where to start first?

I see Terry on UKV keeps a stock of 3 different resistance wires that he ships at, i think, 1 metre, for £1, inc p&p.
Can also buy fibreglass wick for peanuts somewhere there but would need to find it.
I would have a go at being a supplier of such goodies here if i was into rebuildables, but alas not.
Maybe Macca, Gordy, Yourself, Warlord, (Mark).
Once someone has the reels of wire at bulk price, its simply a case of throwing a length into an envelope.

I agree that it would be good to get this stuff all together in one place. Here is a start. Two main examples of the fibreglass/ silica wick type of re-buildable are the RTA/ RDA by Clockworks and the Iatty and Odysseus by GG. Clockworks himself has summarised the main information you need on his website here: clockworks-cornwall.co.uk/atty.htmlExcellent introductions and tutorials on the GG stuff can be found here: www.e-cig-reviews.com/repairable%20atomisers.htmlThe Genesis type re-buildables that use mesh wicks are relatively more recent and I found the information on them more scattered and still developing. With particular reference to the Line, I tried to put together some of the basic information here: ukvapers.com/blog/100/entry-400-i%E2%80%99ve-read-the-line-thread-so-you-don%E2%80%99t-have-to/This includes links to tutorials, materials you need and where to get them etc. This is a bottom fed Genesis type atomiser, there are also some “inverted” top fed atomisers of which a good example is the Cyclon. The best introduction/ tutorial I have found on this is here: ukvapers.com/topic/20487-review-and-set-up-of-the-cyclon-v2/I know this has already been linked to but thought I would add it here too for completeness. Hope this helps and whets some appetites!

Ohhh goody, I love all this info, explanations of everything, in a 'for dummies' format, threads, fittings, suppliers, which, way, when, how etc
