Vandy Vape Mesh RDA for squonking

I got this wanting to try mesh - comes with three different kinds, Kanthal, Ni80 and SS, I was a bit concerned about very low OHMs so put the supplied Kanthal in.  It was taking up massive amounts of juice, I was vaping at 80watts so was taking lots of power as well, on top of all this, did not think the vape that much better than coils.

I put it away for awhile, but about a week ago I tried some SS316L 300 Mesh, cut my own as I couldn't find the stuff that came with it for the life of me. I used a 24x8mm strip (bit smaller than their strips).

This seemed to transform it - a fantastic vape at around 50watts on my Therion - also works with temp control. 

I find I do have to squonk a bit more frequently as it still drinks lots of juice - but I think the flavour and difference in the vape makes it worth it. Its a more full on and sharper flavour than coils and there is plenty of vapour.

Be interested to hear other's experiences with  builds in this or other squonkers that can use mesh?  (not sure if there are any - though there are a few tanks now)
