I'm tempted by the brass one of these....think it uses the same chip as a couple of zeros I have, never used coefficient of resistance, kinda stuck in my ways now with temp control and it just works with no trouble for me now, don't want to complicate it anymore....the chip, not the best at reading ohms and runs about 40f cooler than the DNA40 but works fine. So you're happy with how the chip works in TC?

I've not seen that one before, are there any reviews of it? A massive difference in price though at nearly 75% cheaper. I believe rip tripper has reviewed the authentic

Hi I thought I'd post this little review up about mom and pops strawberry cheesecake because with a few tweaks this concentrate has gone from being Mr Hyde to being Mr Jekyll! So I've actually had this concentrate sitting at the back of my cupboard for quite some time because after a 10ml test mix it was quite frankly unvapable .
My initial mix was 20% flavour 12mg nic and 70% vg, vaped on my KFL clone with a 3mm micro coil, rayon wick at about 18w. After letting it steep for a week I thought I'd give it a try but after a couple of vapes I was getting a nasty peppery taste, I persevered though the tank though, playing with the wattage but to no avail. After that it got unceremoniously chucked in the back of the cupboard.
Fast forward until a few weeks ago when I dig it out for another try, this time though I mix the same 20% flavour but lower the nic down to 3mg and the vg down to 50%. I'm also vaping a subtank mini these days with muji cotton and a .5 ohm coil on the RBA section.. What a world of difference these changes have made! It's now one of my ADV's and I've just ordered another bottle from chefs vapour.
I would say this is the most authentic strawberry flavour I've tried to date, rather than taste like strawberry sweets it actually tastes like the real thing and not too sweet either, one thing I don't get from the vape is cheesecake no matter how long I steep it for, so I think I may experiment with adding a cheesecake concentrate to the mix.
So in summery If you're looking for a good strawberry if highly recommend mom and pops strawberry cheesecake, just keep the nic down????!
Cheers Chris

I remember that video... He basically did a whole video of 'ok now I get it'. Lol. PBus has never been the sharpest with TC but it was the battery parts of this mod I'm interested to find out. For that PBus is normally the man. Itching to watch the review but downstairs with Mrs Tom at the minute. Will go to bed soon and see what he has to say Case in point I thought I should watch the video and around 20 mins he has a new force meter and it reads higher than theo old one so he s ordering a new one, didn't think to go down the post office and push it into their calibrated letter scale, put a weight on it or use the kitchen scale. I am a PB fan because he puts a lot of effort into doing things better and not trying to slag him off we all do silly things. He also failed to notice the measurement was in newtons not Pounds!

Holy crap.....did anyone watch that PBusardo review? This thing will randomly jump out of TC mode and is then capable of blasting the full 60 watts through a Ni or Ti coil. Round about the 29 minute mark...........then he tests it further on and it sets light to the cotton.......repeatedly. F*** that. Joyetech's response? Use our tanks they work better !!! I'm lead to believe the KF4 isn't the best tank for TC which he admits himself in the video. The Evic was also in wattage mode when he blasted it with the full 60w.

£35 for a mod that has suspect firmware (Power Mode), a battery installed which is not of the stated capacity and know a suspicion of no balancing for charging, a potential safety hazard? My belief is that this mod dose not comply with trading standards. Fit for purpose. As described. My belief is there's more assumption than fact in this thread. I must say I agree!

I agree but not for the rrp of £84.99 i have seen it around the £69 mark and it is worth a punt at that, just about, at the rrp it's SnoWolf money and i dont need to say anything else All I will say is that there are "deals" out there that make it a much more attractive proposition than £69. Let's also not forget this is for the full kit, which includes, the atomiser, A titanium coil head, a nickel coil head, a skin, a wall charger and last but not least a USB cable. The Ego One Mega as a stand alone atomiser is around the £19 mark. I've seen the stand alone mod for as little as $56 which makes it about £35. Almost worth a punt at that price

This mod is really turning into a collection of lies and issues. If (as i suspect) it does not perform balance charging then it is a device that should be avoided or make sure you have good house and personal insurance. Apparently balance charging is integrated to the battery board. Phil Busardo has promised a video on this devise soon so it'll be interesting to see what he comes up with.

From that thread the main issue still seems to be with a kanthal build. I'm guessing if you regularly vape at higher wattages this would be less noticeable?? Yea guess so.... I'm not a high wattage vapor so canceled... Look in the recall section too, looks likes this mod is not getting good press...! Not got one, never seen one just passing on the info I have read here mate. It's what I'm hearing on other forums too so I think I'll hold off for now. Maybe V2 will be out shortly or sigelie will come out with a TC mod

I'd want it for the TC anyway so I'm not overly concerned by this trait. ringading wasn't too happy with temp control either.... Thread From that thread the main issue still seems to be with a kanthal build. I'm guessing if you regularly vape at higher wattages this would be less noticeable??

I heard its applies 25-40w for about 1 second when you first press the button with a kanthal build. It's not firmware upgradable either which is disappointing Yep that's why I canceled mine, higher than I vape at so don't want a 1second burnt hit thanks...! I'd want it for the TC anyway so I'm not overly concerned by this trait.
