Good morning everyone, Well still no response to any of my emails to Vapology Guess i have just have to put it down to experience and move on to a different supplier. Just find it shocking in this day and age with all the competition that customer service could be so bad or in this case non existent. manners cost nothing. I have contacted the guy direct through this website so will give it a day or two,and will ring them if still no response,its a lot of hassle time and phone calls,as there are plenty of other sellers to buy from its probably a lot easier to buy elsewhere. Just very surprised at the lack of customer service.

Hi Sydsut,i think so but i did not specify a flavour as i thought i would get a random selection. It does say on my delivery note,Discounts freebie 20ml free 20ml tailor made.

Hi again,i emailed them twice as advised by the group,emailed them back from the receipt i had, and emailed them direct,its been 5 days now and they haven't even had the courtesy to reply back !. Very disappointed as it was my first week of vaping and my first internet purchase. I was very please with their product and speedy delivery but as regard the internet offer i feel as tho i have been conned. I have been advised that as i have payed with paypal i should open a not as described dispute.any advice please?. And the member that knows the guy who runs Vapology could you ask him if he has any idea whats going on?. Thanks again for the warm welcome and advice. regards a very disappointed Richard700.

Hi Mrdj,no check the website it says 20ml free. i ordered 50ml and then it came up with i am entitled to 20ml free of my choice,i did not specify any particular flavour so was expecting a lucky dip.

Hi,im new to this but after receive my order this morning,(superfast delivery) tried it and it is superb. The only issue i had was when i ordered it,it said i had qualified for a free 20m bottle with your order. I did not get this just the 50m bottle i had ordered. Am i missing something here,did i misread it?
