You will not need to worry about dry burning yet.
To clean, i'd simply rinse out.

Where did you order from?

There will be videos about dry burning soon just enjoy it for now.

A mini review/first impressions against what you have been using would be good.

Karma, have a look on youtube there are a few there but it can be really simple. I have cleaned one and all I done was take off the drip tip, pull up the rubber condom thingy slightly (being careful not to take it off!) and fill with water a few times and shake out. You have to be careful as there are 3 seals I believe that may come loose, one on the drip tip, one around the mouth of the bottle and another at the bottom by the battery. After shaking out, I pushed back the rubber condom, and dry burned no longer than 3-5 seconds each time (these things cost a little penny ) after a while, I got the red glow and stopped. Filled and off I went again. Hope that helps in some way but do have a look on youtube for the experts.

How is the t/h in it for you?

You only need to dry burn if the coil gets gunked up which ususlly takes a few days dependant on what juice you put through it.
The dry burning burns off the carbon build up on the coil, you should not need to do it straight away!, be careful, dry burning can burn out the coil!

I'm really liking that I can see the juice in there and there doesn't seem to be a way of overfilling unlike cartos. I'll be interested to see how much I'm actually vaping as I'm sure i spill and overfill more than I'm consuming.

Mrs Mac, I'm not getting a lot of throat hit as i've filled it with low strength Black Cat from Griz, plenty of vapour though.

I can't comment too much on taste at the moment as yesterday my taste buds were really off, nothing really tasted of anything, I was getting a bit despondent about it. At one point I was even tempted to try an analogue, but resisted.

So, my juice tastes better than yesterday but I'm pretty sure my taste buds are still off cause it's no where near as tasty as it was a few days ago!

Probably a good thing to recommend to newbies tho as it was so easy to fill and no waiting for the juice to steep right in!

Yes the lower resistance would give more throat hit.

Remind me: What Ecig/battery and cartomiser combination are you using at the moment?

Im using a Vgo battery 650 mah. Cartomizer varies at the moment between ultimate ce2, boges and ce4+ (stardust, brought from Germany)I get a decent throat hit with the CE2 and the Bud, not so much from the others but I am assuming it's because of the resistance. I have placed an order with Daz for some more Stardusts as I like the one I have but not getting a t/h so wonder whether to amend order to the higher resistance. Oh and I am on low nic juice

Back in vaping Heaven I have been struggling the last few days nothing i did seemed to work very well.Buds have lost their taste Atomiser seem to taste horrible.
Just tried the Stardust loads of flavour and a good TH.
