Just checking out your site now, it's VERY well designed, what ratio PG/VG is your liquid? I couldn't find it in the description. Doesn't affect me ordering, it's just that I'm a newbie and want to keep check on what I'm using and what suits me

Hi Ellen,

Thanks and thanks for the question.

Nearly every flavour of E-Liquid we sell has its own PG/VG ratio. Typically you will be looking at ratios of 60/40, 50/50, 40/60 and 20/80.

Since registering on this forum we have received several requests for custom made E-Liquid, i.e. specific PG/VG mixes.

As a standard we have predefined recipes for each and every flavour that we feel the best (in our view). However, we understand that everyone has their own tastes and desires.

I am looking in to the feasibility of offering a custom service. Is this something you all think is worthy?

As I have previously mentioned our mixes are done in the UK using EU products, offering a custom service may not be an issue but I'd love your thoughts on how important it might be to you as consumers?

I think as vaping grows, custom mixes will become more important and may get you increased sales.
There's very few UK vendors doing this, a fair few people order from US, where this service seems more common.. so it may be a good time to advertise it, if it's feasible for you of course.

It's the reason I got into mixing my own in the first place Puffin, as when I started vaping the majority of juices available, just weren't intense enough in their flavour for me.

It's better now as there are more Vendors and I've a few whose blends are strong enough for me . . . but I'd think it an option to explore for those of us with challenged taste buds after all the years of smoking.

Thanks for the responses. It's certainly something we'll be considering.

We do offer an Extra flavour option on most of our liquids even though our flavours are generally quite strong.

From everything I have read it seems PG/VG ratios are nearly as important and flavour strength to some.
