  Now my wife wants me to find out if there is a better white battery (to fit nicolites) available. I have had a hunt but I find the model numbers (HK sites) confusing. Not all say 501 thread even if they fit. I was quite happy to buy her a new kit but she insists that nicolites are fine - just wants a stronger batters!!! Any suggestions?

If she wants to stay with a cigalike, it really would be best to get her onto one with a 510 thread, something like this

Sorry, I think you're right, I had to borrow a nicolite charger one day for my cig-a-like!  The ones above are much cheaper though

Halo/smoker's angel and VIP now confirmed as RN4081 threads... anyone know where I can get empty cartos either in europe or a US vendor which will deliver to UK? found loads of US sites that stock them but don't deliver to UK - I really want some for Mrs G-J. WIll also post in general board....

Thanks K, but no blanks ... HOWEVER, in my other thread(see linky below) alansi pointed me at ebnferro's 4081 battery -510 carto adapter...bit steep at £5.50, but have found some in USA, £7.25 for two delivered to UK..that'll do it, especially as XL boges fit into Mrs G-J's halo carry case She's doing brilliantly, got a vamo, several egos, Bauway CE4s, and if I can get the halos sorted for when she's fit to drive, that'll complete the set nicely

I can confirm that these RN4081 battery to 510 carto adapters work, providing your 510 cartos are not like boges with a massive air hole in the positive post - Innokins work perfectly on them
