Tim. that seller must know what model it is & if he says he doesn't he either hasn't got a clue abut e-cigs or he is talking bull! So sorry, I don't think he is a "good chap" :-( If you really do want something smaller & closer to size of a real cig, then go for a super-mini like the RN4081 see the difference in the photos on this link - unlike the mini you are buying, the atomiser doesn't show, so it's a lot shorter. www.e-cigs.co.uk/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=11_94&products_id=52Or you could also try the the 510 or the Evo www.intellicig.com/evolution-starter-kit-evoub-usb-p-53.htmlHowever, I still think that as you are struggling so much one of the big uns would be best for you, but you would have to get your head around the fact that they look less like a real cig & there is a larger initial outlay, but at the end of the day they work & save money on batteries

Why will you send it back if it's a 901, Tim? Many of us have that model to thank for being happily off the weed - Chi has used nothing else in her whole year as a non-smoker. Oh do give it a go Remember that coughing spasm scylla

Afternoon all Tim, I think Marian's suggestion of trying one of Garry's mods is an excellent idea

I Have one of Garry's box mods which i won a 2 weeks ago and i can honestley say i havent used my 901 since, the battery in the mod lasts me all day, although i am still smoking analogues as well, so it should last about 8 hours if you are vaping with it constantly, i bought 2 extra batteries for it for £2.50 each and thats it, i have plenty 901 attys to keep it going, so if you are looking for a cheap box mod give Garry's ones a go, oh and i also have one of his 901 passthrough donated to me from a TW forum member and that is a must, it is far more sturdier than the *normal* passthroughs and its a manual as well, it keeps vaping and vaping lol well worth the money if you are thinking of getting one.

That's great to hear you are getting on so well with Garry's box mod & passthrough Jules His mods must be the cheapest mods in the market & with the batteries being so cheap, they very quickly pay for themselves.

You'll find it wimpy after your Grant - but it would make a very reliable standby scylla

Scylla, I'm mainly using my GG grant @ 3.7v due to not being too happy with Trsustfire CR2's as they are prone to overheating. Wish I could find some more stable ones as I so loved vaping @ 6v. Good afternoon all

Well I've had a very expensive day today. Took Isaac, Benjy & Sam to the vets this morning for their booster vacinations - £130.00. Then this afternoon, I had to buy some new specs as I broke mine on Saturday (I was due an eye test anyway). So ended up forking out another £180.00

I recieved me e cig nthat I sent for and the one alot of you say is the DSE 901. Well it is but it must be a diffrent 901 to the one you thought coz this one has a rounded cartridge like a proper cigarette as I wanted:) It's good:) Its the same as my brothers. Thats what I wanted:) I had a note through the door saying the postie had tried delivering but I was out (which I was). When I was going down town I saw a postie and he said 'Youre lucky. I havent been back to the sorting office yet' and got it outta his bag and gave me it:) I was so pleased. When I got home I checked it and it was all charged and ready to go:) Ive smoked 1 cartridge already:) and I can refill them:)

Yippeeeee, Tim As it happens, I like the flatter-ended carts because I can grip them with my teeth, the rounded ones tend to pop out You can always make sure you buy rounded carts, they're not an integral part of the e-cig - but beware, not all carts are exactly the right diameter to fit the atty, all my ones with stuffing in are either too big or too small for Toby's atties I hope and believe that this will make a big difference to your chest probs PDQ, keep us informed (as if you wouldn't ). scylla
