Never seen one of those before but I seem to recall a few people mentioning they have some sort of Inline metering that tells the ohms and voltidge and Stuff

I am pretty sure you could make this without to much hastle. Just get some conductive metal and use a threading tool to create the 510 hole and thread. The rest is simply some cable soldered on with some crock clips.
