Lots of people have been messing around with this idea for a while (assuming this uses graphene technology, skim reading it appears it does).
Someone needs to get making them and drive the cost down, graphene is incredible stuff, once established it will be a major gamechanger is almost every way.

It's good to hear that they are developing a new sort of battery for electric cars that may fully be recharged in less than a minute. In addition, I have learned that as of 2025, the cost of an electric car battery is projected in a recent study to drop by 70 percent. Great news right? Link removed by Chrissie by business analysis organization McKinsey and Co., cites increasing technology and increasing scale of manufacturing as the cause of the coming decrease.
