I just received the multimeter. Good new.. this one works. However, when i used it to check the resistance the numbers were so weird ??? I tested it with the vivi nona atomisers it read as follows: atom 1.8 the multimeter reads 2.9 ohm atom 2.4 " " 3.3 ohm atom 2.8 " " 3.6 ohm Boge LR " " 3.0 ohm Dual coil (1.5) " " 2.2 ohm I tested voltage mode with EGO Twist. The results seem accurate.

Did you measure and subtract the natural resistance in the leads? Also measure the coils before you've vaped on them/when they are cool, not right after
Here's a good video showing you how to use multi meters for e cigs

Sorry for noob question but can you explain "subtract the natural resistance in the leads".
Thank you

If you did it exactly the way she shows in the video, then I don't know... What I meant was did you put the leads together as is shown in the video to see what resistance they measure? And then take that number away from whatever ohms the coil measures. So for example on mine, if i touch the tips of the leads together, the meter shows a reading of 0.4 So when I test a coil and the meter shows 2.4 I have to remember to take away that 0.4 So the coil is really 2.0 ohms. I've only used one multimeter, but mine is temperamental, so I have to give it a minute to settle on a reading and stop jumping around with numbers..and hold the points in place
