I take lots of things to Charity shops but can never be bothered with joining the Gift Aid plan.One day a few weeks ago i took a small bag of stuff to a Red Cross shop and the lady was very insistant about the Gift Aid,i was in a good mood  so i filled in the form,on line may i add,lol. Anyway,i have had a letter from them today informing me that my stuff had made nearly 30 quid for them.Was really pleased as there wasn't much in the bag.They can claim an extra 25% in gift aid on that too. Maybe a lot of peeps already know this but i will now join Gift aid in all of the shops.  |

Always do gift aid when ever I can.....The government get enough from me so if a little goes back to charity then that can only be good. |
