Hello lorna and sysic Your grandad is right, the folk here are a great bunch and will help you all they can. I've only been a forum member and vaping for 12 days. I was a heavy smoker for a long time but without even trying, found I just cut down on the fags naturally, needing to smoke less each day, until by the end of the first week, I'd gone from 40+ per day to 0 and I haven't had one for five days now. Good luck to the both of you. |

I am new too, using look-a-likey e-cigs to keep me going till my kit arrives this week but I havn't had a single cig since Friday, and that is with my other half still stinking the place out with his roll-ups  Pam
