I used these for a month or so, and found after a certain amount of time they leaked, generally from the bottom, even though I make sure they are sealed and cleaned regularly, what always baffled me is how they leaked when I fill them using needle top bottles, so no chance of juice in the centre,so i decided to switch to the vivi nova, much much much less hassle easier to clean, larger and they don't leak at all!
still have my vision v3's but only as a back stop as I really got bored of cleaning the head of my provari, and losing juice into the bottom of my cigalike carry box thingy ;-)

Being a good hoarder or scavenger helps, for instance rather than throw my finished phoenix clearos in the bin when used,I keep the tubes and o rings sealing the tubes, yep that o ring fits the vision tip

I have had two leaks from my clearos. The first was a crack in the plastic at the fat end where it goes inside the metal ring. The second was at the base at the centre. There is a groove around the central post and there was a small but constant drip from there. I have spare bases and tubes so no big deal, just a little surprised that the quality of the rebuildables do not match the rest of the kit that Ego produce.
