Check the small o'ring on the center pin is on the pin when you screw it into the base, and not that the o'ring is seated already in the base

As a short term fix, until your next rebuild. Sit the penelope base 510 connector in a carto condom to make a seal when you refill it. Just let it sit on top whilst you fill with juice. This will ensure a vacuum in the tank so that your juice cant flow through, carefully replace the top cap and remove it from the condom.

Blue has a point there, you back off the ceramic housing for a tighter draw don't you? Try unscrewing the nut that traps the positive wire and the wrap a few turns of some no-res wire in there and re-tighten it. This will force the locking nut tighter against the o-ring when you fit the housing into the base and force a better seal

Right just started again. There was a load of juice actually in the mouthpiece that just kept coming out. So I cleaned all that out.
Got that wire sitting better in that channel and gave that locking ring a bloody good tighten. Then I gave the juice control a good tighten onto the locking ring. Half filmed her coz its the last of me tester bottle.
Put on the cap slowly. No drops throughout. Fired her up, no gargles, vape straight away. Brilliant so far.
But what if I wanna open that juice control a touch. Can I leave it on the provari, spin her upside down and undo the juice control a touch.

you don't need to turn it upside down to open that juice control jay, only to close it mate. Leave it on the provari and open it a half turn to start with mate and open it a little more if it starts to seem like its running dry. That should be you sorted again

Be careful of over tightening that mouthpiece though jay as it can cause the locking ring to unscrew as you open the juice control
