The average juice consumption seems to be around 3-5ml per day. At 1.6ml per clearo you're within that range so no worries

That depends, does it get empty before you fill it, or are you just "topping up"?, You may have or not noticed that its occasionally wise to tilt the device to keep the wick wet?

But even if you emptied it those times its not a huge ammount, i was going through 5-6 ml a day when i started because of the novelty, now i listen to my body and only use around 3ml a day.

I kind of topped it up, there was a tiny bit left in the bottom so i just topped up, then last night i washed it out and left it to dry overnight then filled up this morning, can you put the clearomiser fully under water as last night i just dropped hot water in as if i was filling it with juice, wasn;t sure if you could put the while thing under water.

I find that 10ml lasts me almost a week now. But that is 1/2 what i used to vape, also find i tend to vape less when working.
You will find a happy medium once you are more used to vaping.

It is a bit of a test if you can keep at it while drinking/in the company of smokers, seems like you've sussed it

don't worry about the amount your vaping at the moment, so long as your happily off the nasties and getting no signs of nic overdose (headaches etc) it's all good,

Yes i am not going to worry about the amount i am vaping at the moment, i was a 20 a day smoker, i use 11mg and 18mg juice, i seem to prefer the fruit flavours to the tobacco, very strange tbh, last "nasty" was lunchtime yesterday, no headached or feeling ill at the moment

I vape around 18mg during the day when I can't chain vape then drop to around 12 - 15mg when I can vape as much as I like

I find cleaning the clearos with vodka really gets the old flavour out.
