When PP used to confirm addresses, it was only UK, USA & Canadian addresses that could be confirmed. 'Gift' (alternative delivery) addresses have always been allowed to be added to the account if they're both in the same country. TKVape's last post suggests that the same country rule has changed.

Buyers should be aware that there is no PayPal Buyer Protection for 'Gift' payments. If you aren't confident that your seller is stellar you should pay the fees. UKVapers no longer allow payment via PP 'gift'.

im sorry tk but i had PMs coming out of my ears from loads of people, as fast as i could read one there was an other arriving.
you can add another address but it still has to be checked by pp otherwise what is the point.
i was just trying to do it the right way, when your payment arrived it said send it to thailand only so i refunded it.
people also think bank transfers are safe but that way your not protected fully and neither is the seller which is why i only put paypal in the ad.
if you have used paypal before you must have come up against this issue as your account is registered to thailand so i would have thought someone would question you wanting it delivered in the uk.
im sorry it didnt work out tk, which is all i can say.

Paypal charge more money for payments crossing borders. It happened to me a while back, i only found out why when i read something on the PP website.

Don't worry rag. It was my fault that didn't check my paypal before sent the payment causing some misunderstanding.
