Vision Ego V3 tip

I was cleaning my V3 last night and I was sure that I saw a white silicon ring on the tip and then I couldn't see it after searching around where I was cleaning, I decided I must have imagined it

Now the tip screws in differently and I'm not sure, don't have another to compare it to
Would some kind person have a look and tell me if I'm missing it? If so I will have to do a hands and knees search before I clean the floor

Yes you should have an o ring on it

Aww hope you find it. I have some now that fit the base that I got from eBay, haven't needed to test them yet though. I'll get the small ones next

You should find that the ring on any ce4+/stardust clearo`s are the same, tip wise.

If you have any of the previous versions that have died, try the silicon ring off them. What is there to lose.

Edited to say: Or just try the drip tip, and if it fits its good to go.

If you don't find it give me a shout as I have some spare tips complete with o ring you can have.

I have a couple of old version 2 somewhere that are almost dead, good idea, I will take the silicon off one of them thanks

Neither of my old V2s have a silicon ring on the drip tip #attachment#

Thats strange.

Im sure they all have the clear silicon ring on them.

Unless you`ve lost them when cleaning and did`nt notice at the time.

If it still works without it, then keep using, but it might be a seal so be careful when lying it down

Just a thought.

I saw mine was laying in the top of the tube once. Must have slid off when i unscrewed the drip tip off, and it fell into the tubing.

I'm sure you're right Brian, I looked at the close up pics of the spare drip tips on VE website and can see the ring, I suppose I have managed to vanish them all during cleaning and never noticed lol

If you've got any spare 'carto condoms' Ellen you could try snipping a very fine ring off the bottom of one and use that as a seal.
