The clearomisers you get with that kit have replaceable heads, that means that you can buy a new head and swap them over when they die, rather than having to buy a whole new clearomiser.
A clearomiser head can last anything from a week up to a month, you can wash and reuse them several times.
I find clearomisers mute flavours a bit and prefer the taste of a cartomiser, but that's all down to preference

Well thanks again for all the warm welcomes, hopefully i have smoked my last fag.
My Vision 1000 arrived today ( super quick delivery ) and i have been chuffing away on it for a couple of hours, very impressed with the amount of vapour it produces and loving the taste of the HS Delight .
One thing i have noticed after about a half hours use is an almost sweet sticky residue feel to the mouthpiece , i hope this is just the result of burning the juice and not anything to worry about, i kind of like it .
Also how do you know when the cartomizer is done, is it a vapour loss or taste loss or both or what ?

When you say "when do you know if a cartomiser is done" do you mean dried out and just needs filling or when the vapor drops off?

Well both really, i see the wick looks full of juice whilst the chamber has almost no juice in it, is it ok to continue t use it until it does dry up or does that damage it , i take it when the vapour drops off and its full of juice thats time to change the wick ?
Sorry if this is unclear, I'm not great at communicating via a keyboard about things i know nothing about, its probably gonna be obvious when it happens .

The residue in the mouthpiece will be condensed juice, nothing to worry about just give it a bit clean, cotton buds are handy for this
