Pam I'm not familiar with that battery, but does it have a 3 or 5 click on/off that you need to activate before use?

Few little questions Pam Is it still £10 to pay for visa when you arrive? Yup and as usual they must get 100's of 10 pound notes but won't have change is you hand them a 20 note >What was the temperature while there? It was between 24 and 37 degrees during the day and about 16 at night.Im flying into Dalaman and 2 hour transfer to Marmaris. Are they OK with vaping over there on coaches, Hotels, Bars etc? Our Thompson coach was smoke free so I didn't bother asking but all of the bars we visited allowed smoking at the tables so didn't need to ask about vaping. It appears that enclosed spaces are non smoking over there but again I never had a reason to ask about vaping I just waited till I was back outside. (I was conserving juice ) I was also too chicken to try and vape at the airport as smoking is not allowed there. Pam

Its a 5 click and has two modes which are changed by holding down the button for 5 seconds when it is off, one mode is constant 3.3v the other is variable depending on the amount of charge. I have had a couple of puffs from the mini nova on it and it seems to be working ok I am just concerned about the lack of signs of life when charging. Pam

GF is South African and will be travelling on her own S/African passport and has been advised to take a crisp £20 note. We are taking sterling, Euros and Turkish Lira so all bases covered.

I just got back from 2 weeks hol - one in turkey, other in kos. i vaped every-bloody-where. plane, airport, pubs, everywhere. no probs at all. At one point i got off the bodrum to kos ferry and i was vaping in the queue for departure and passport checks etc, and there was a middle-aged-ish woman clutching her PV, and i think it was a riva with a vision clearo on it...... for all i know, this could have been you, pam! it was hot hot hot, but lovely breeze in turkey, and a little cooler yesterday i took loads of ecig stuff and i had atty heads die and all the millions of ce3 phoenix clearos, they all lasted five minutes each and burnt out, even on the lowest voltage.....just managed to make em last out hope you had a lovely time in turkey, pam. i did, although i got ill on the third day for drinking the tap water (after declaring to everyone that i have the strongest stomach in the world and always drink tap water from other countries, serves me right) and also, the turkish men were a bit much....constantly hitting on every woman in my group, even my 13 year old niece. one girl in my apartment complex went clubbing and some guy was hitting on her, and when she rejected him, he KICKED HER IN THE VAGINA. No lie. Awful. Anyway, sorry to write an essay, but one thing to add - lots of people were curious about my clunky old lavatube, and lots of turkish men had a go and loved it, and also some german fellas and a british woman, who asked me to write down details, so natch i suggested the riva kit on vape escape......apparently ecigs are stupid expensive over there. anyway, that's me done! pissing down in the land of my fathers. kinda like it.

Guys rather than start yet another thread to ask a question I was wondering do any of you have experience with the Joyetech eGo-C 1000mAh Battery & Pass Through? I got mine today, I have plugged it into my laptop and a usb wall plug attachment thingy but there is nothing to tell me that it is charging ??? No lights, flashes or anything else.....before I email Jason I thought I would ask if I am being particularly thick here or if that is normal. Cheers Pam The bottom of the battery (where the mini USB cable plugs into) is red whilst it's charging. If it's not red - it's fully charged

Phew pam, I flew back from America 3 years ago on a dc10, they haven't been used for that for a long while I don't think, everything that could rattle rattled, they couldn't serve hot food or alcohol and the stewardess had to climb under the seats to fix the lights the captain forgot to tell the cabin crew he had finished taxiing and they was a mad scramble to get to their seats before take off longest ten hours of my life That is one plane you will never get me on. I thought they had all been scrapped by now. Had the pleasure ( not ) of having to try out their emergency chutes 12 years ago. When we received the aviation accident report we discovered that the DC10 has had an appalling record. Glad you got back safely.

Well you don't look middle aged from that pic, Pam Welcome back & well done on eeking out your juice, that was a close call indeed LOL Oh I am...most of my photos are like that....taken from miles away. Even with all my new juice I am still scrimping...I took the tops off the two clearos, stood them upside down in a tiny funnel I have and drained the dregs back into the old menthol bottle before I washed them.... couldn't bear to see that old caramelised juice go down the drain. After cleaning them I refilled them with the old menthol and topped up with the new bottle. I am keeping the Nova menthol free so I can sample the pick and mix in that Pam

For some reason I can't help but watch tv shows like air crash investigation The DC10 does have a bit of a history of falling out of the sky Sounds like you had a lucky escape!...I can tell you if I ever had cause to use an emergency chute on a plane it would be the very last time I would ever fly anywhere!!!
