I've been having a wobbly today

I have always thought that there were more addictive chemicals in cigarettes than just nicotine.
I have now been 100% vaping since July and I still get the odd moments of urges to go and buy a pack of fags. Aye and sometimes it lingers for longer than a few moments.
I still get easily irritable and impatient even although I am on 24mg juice, so the e-cigs are not the complete alternative to fags.
Maybe 95%, but there is still the odd withdrawal going to creep in, usually at an unexpected time.
As others have said, one fag aint going to do you any harm if you smoked before you started vaping, so put it down to experience and at least, now you know of what you can try if that craving starts up again.

Just to make it easier for you guys that have just started vaping ...

As you will see from my sig , I'm coming up to 2 years .. I still get the urge to have an analogue occasionally .. as you have done I have resisted I usually get a strong flavoured juice or a juice with high nic and chain it for a few minutes ..

It works for me

I also find that a really strong flavoured menthol will give me a good throat hit in times of need ..

3rd day for me,having a beer and feeling like a fag, been vapeing HS delight and loving it but that lager and fags thing was always going to be a challenge, filled a new clearomizer with some usa mix and am trying it for the first time, bit sweeter but its got me back on track.
Think i will get me some high nicotine HS delight for the pub, i so dont want to smoke

Also, I find that booze tends to dull the old buds somewhat, so going for stronger juices seems to work well with a beer (or three). If you're into 'baccy' juices a couple of good boozing juices I'd recommend are HS Storm and Dekang DK Tab.

Captain, the average seems to be about 3-5ml per day, sometimes higher in the beginning as people experiment. As a newly-ceased 20 a day smoker you should probably be on 18 or 20mg strength to get the nicotine you need

Heh, same here
I used to smoke marlby lights as well (preferred rollies though). I'm also a fan of the HS baccies. If it's any use to you, I get through 1.5 - 3 ml a day of 24mg (lower end if busy, upper end if up late or boozing ). If you're on lower mg than that I'd defo suggest upping it if you start struggling or with a drinky or two.
