iOS 6 mail

Since I upgraded to iOS 6 the mail app is no longer showing new emails, it searches for them and the update time is correct, but new emails aren't coming through, unless I log into my email on a browser, view them in there and then the next time I go into my mail app they will appear as read emails, anyone else having problems with iOS 6? I find it a PITA in lots of ways >

Try going to settings , mail contacts calendars , fetch new data , make sure Push is set to on , then select your push times , mine is working on my 3gs with ios 6 , hope this helps

Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > set "Push" to "ON" & "Fetch" to whatever frequency you want.

I haven't changed my settings since I upgraded, what I mean is even when I do a manual push the mail still isn't appearing ???

apple maps is imo a waste of time

Totally pants isn't it Mat? The map app is nowhere near as good as the google one was

Have you sorted this now? If so, great if not - have you tried deleting the email account off the phone and re adding it? (Also if its not already try setting up as an imap account instead of pop3) hope that helps!
