Last night just out of pure instinct I reached out and picked up my other halfs tobacco pouch to roll a ciggie

Chucked it back and slapped my own hand

BC during one of my cold turkey quit phases I had to warn friends not to forget their coffin nails cos I would crush & bin 'em, knowing I wouldn't be able to withstand temptation.

Pam, I was never keen on rolling baccy (unless I'd run out of cigs), but I've always loved the smell of it, in the pouch & lit up.

I've been on rollies for years as they were cheaper than ciggies, would buy a pack of ciggies as a "treat" or before a long drive to a dog show as though I was very capable of rolling and driving it was easier to have pre mades. Now I just need to plug in my passthrough and off I go

I have a bottle of menthol in the cooler thing in the front of the car for top ups, though I wont risk topping up while driving
Grabbing the baccy wasn't me craving a ciggie, it was habit, i've had absolutely no inclination to have a fag even though everything I need is on the sofa right beside me all the time. If I was struggling it would be nigh on impossible to resist in this house.

Well done you,to think that one pack will cost more than a pack of carts,I dug out all my tobacco,papers,filters and about 20 lighters today and shoved them all in a bag to give to a work colleague tomorrow,goodbye and good riddance
