In the month I have been vaping, I have noticed a change in my flavour preferences. I used to be a big fan of tobacco flavours, but now I'm more into the fruit and sweeter flavours (although it still has to be tobacco in the mornings).
I was wondering if this is something others have experienced. Obviously I realise it's a case of each to their own, but I do find it strange that my tastes have changed so much in such a short space of time.

I've noticed the same thing.
I've only been vaping a couple of weeks but have gone from wanting tobacco to fruit and back to tobacco again.......
I wonder if you settle in something once you've been vaping longer?

I'm looking at the little collections of untouched for over a year tobacco based flavours in storage in the tub next to me, then at the easy to reach sweet/fruit based flavours right next to me, on my desk, cabinet, in my CE2s and in my vivi nova... and I guess I have to say that yeah, I found that too.

I have 7 different e-juice flavours made up beside me.
Yes, I started on tobacco flavours but now onle one is a tobacco.
I start and finish each day with Menthol and I vape from about 10am until 5pm on the tobacco. Then it is onto Cappuccino for the evning and finally back to the Menthol.
But, in between and depending on my mood, I might try some Irn Bru, Black Cherry, Chocolate Limes, or if I want a refreshing taste, Aniseed.
Ofcourse from time to time I try other flavours, but these are the basics for now. No doubt by this time next year I will have bucket loads of flavours, but if I never buy another flavour ever again, I will be perfectly content with what I already have.

Yup, I'm a lover of sweet & fruit flavours. My out & out fave is FreedomVape Butterscotch, closely followed by Grizwold's Banoffee Cream although I still try new flavours too.
Which Black Cherry do you use, Lobey? My quest for the perfect cherry is unfulfilled. I haven't tried aniseed. Does it taint the atty?

I used to love caramel, butterscotch and toffee flavours when I first started vaping and hated them after about 3 months. But now I don't mind caramel if it's mixed with something else, so taste constantly changes.

Worst thing is when the taste buds go on strike & the only things that have any taste are menthol & mint flavours

I agree clutter. I'm stuck then as I don't like menthol or mint.

I'm still not sure even bottles don't change their flavor. You could order one flavor, love it for a few bottles worth, and on the next order, it just taste so different, you don't like it, go back to one of your original bottles and taste the difference! How does that work!

I would imagine that the Aniseed does taint everything as it is very strong tasting. Like Aniseed Balls. Then again, I'm saving so much by not smoking, I can afford to have a Clearo for each flavour and change the wicks/heads when I change the flavour.

As well as being a devout Vaporer (???) I am also a Curry Fanatic, but each time I stop smoking for any length of time, my curry likes change and I go from the hotter varieties to milder and more subtle flavours, so I am not really surprised that the e-juices I was enjoying 2 months ago are now way too strong for me now. A fact that my mate, who is still in the change-over period between roll-ups and vaping, is thoroughly enjoying as he ends up with all my half finished, makes your hair stand on end, e-juices.

Lucky mate Same thing with curries happened to me. I also found a lot of food to be too salty. Quite by accident and whilst I would normally not eat frozen meals, I found that "Iceland - Indian Takeaways" meals were almost as good as the restaurant type Indian Meals that I had enjoyed as a smoker. I now have at least two of these per week and as I live "out in the sticks" and my nearest Indian Restaurant is nearly 20 miles away, I now enjoy my "curryoots" on a regular basis. Just need to find a proper Vape to end the meal with.

Never tried iceland curries , the other supermarket ones I have tried all seem to taste the same no matter what the recipe is i.e. HOT and no flavour.
Going back to the OP , I have a cpl of tobacco type juices for when I feel like a big hit , but all my other flavours are fruity flavours and DIY menthol
