This is still going on. I should point out that this is not 'stealing' as anyone wishing to take up the free trial offer (the trial is free, the product is NOT) should READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS very carefully as applying for the trial also entails taking up MANDATORY subscriptions to goodness knows what else. www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/scam-theives-liars-c205771/page/20.htmlFox

Foxy, There are also people still posting on ECF saying they are still being caught out by the Free trial e-cigs . There is a pinned thread in their New members section warning people to stay clear. However, for many, by the time they have found the forum it's too late.

I find it incredible that this type of unscrupulous advertising is being taken up - it's obviously completely unacceptable but money rules I guess. It's been going on for several years now and yet more and more unsuspecting people are being caught all the time.
I also find it hard to believe nothing can be done to protect people from unfair trading practices but 'unfair' is not illegal - I'd like to think UK trading standards would prevent such underhand practice in this country and anywhere else in the civilized world.
