Vivi Nova not working with Lavatube

I am having a prob as well with my new vivi nova and lavatube v4 chrome, both of which I got yesterday but haven't used until this morning, it's not the lavatube I don't think but the new nova wont work on the LT, but the one I have had for just over a week does as do my boges and kanger m3's etc, it's just this new, one can't get a bean out of it on the LT even when I have tried all three wicks, LT from Jason nova from vapourhut, the new nova works on all my other stuff just not the LT.

That was exactly what happened to me. I am returning mine to Jason as I got both from him and he has offered to look at it. I think I overfilled it and it flooded the connector but in your case I don't know what to suggest. Maybe do a seperate thread and someone can help you.

Try using a 510-510 adapter Jules.

I don't have the V4 but have a V2 and use the B plinth which sits nicely into the recess and gives a nice draw on novas and nova minis. Dave

Try using a 510-510 adapter Jules.

It's ok Jason I have another nova that works on the LT so no problems there and the new one works on my other stuff so jobs a good un.... I am loving the LT by the way

Hi all,

I just got my Lava Tube L-Rider from Jason @ Vape Escape delivered today along with 3 Vivi Novas, and i am having the same problem
It has to be loose to pull the vape out.
But having it lose isn't really great, using the V4 Clearomizers screwed on it vapes fine, just the VN which is the problem.
I did get a 510 to 510 is a straight connector with my order which I asked Jason to add to my order, which actually he did free of charge
But it makes my look of the new Lava Tube and vivi nova sat on it with the 510 to 510 is a straight connector look kinda silly and not nice a flush sitting as it looks without.

Would a DCT Plinths make it all work/vape correctly and look flush fitting or not?
Type A or B?
It's a real shame really as the whole kit, Lava Tube and Vivi Nova looks great together, but the Vivi Nova wobbles as it has to be loosened to work/vape
Hoping something can be done with the use of a the DCT Plinths, as long as it still make the Vivi Nova look flush fitting to the LT.

It's a shame I didn't read this Thread before I ordered my juice from Jason on Monday, also the worst thing is everything has to be delivered to Thailand as this is where I live so a delivery takes 7 days to get here.

Anyway nice to find this Forum and a bonus that Jason is a member here too.

That happened to me,i have One Vivi Nova that HAS to be used with an adapter.seems well odd that out of 4 tanks,all from the same source only one has this issue.Atleast it helps with identifying what juice i have lol

Youll need a card, and a pair of scissors, cut out a U shape like this...



Make it so it fits around the screw thread of the Nova, and doesnt stick out the edges, also try and keep the air hole of the nova in the gap/top of the U shape, like in this picture.



On it will look like this, well actually hopefully yours wont look this bad, as I said, take more time about it make it look smarter or invisible. Mine sticks out a little.





The draw on it is so much better after this little addition, and it cost nothing

I just quickly made one of these as per your picture, it worked fine and made the Vivi Nova sit tightly.
Although it was kind of an 'airy' vape
You could hear the air as pulled on my vape
Is that ok?
Also how important if the hole in the Vivi Nova?
I was thinking of making a plastic 'washer' type one tomorrow instead of the 'horse shoe' style, would that be ok?
