DID Coil

Help required please
when i now make a new coil i can not get it under 2 oms,the wire i use is 0.20mm nickel chrome,
i do have 0.20mm silver
and 0.16mm nickel chrome,
what do you think the prob is.

Right will give that a go, did not know that reducing wraps would reduce OMs

Its all about the length of the initial wire John, when wire is sold it has a ohms per metre - a simple division will tell you how many centimetres your coil needs to be.

Incidentally, after the bad coiling day I had, I just went back to the did today... BOOM 1st time, 1.7ohms with pure halo freedom juice goodness

Found out today that a smoktech DCT tank can be modded to fit on the DID.. a'la Kir Fanis goodness

Yes I have the clear tank on and I orderd some for the penny from KIR they came yesterday,

but wouldn't more wraps on a juiced wick produce more vape? I'm trying to establish what wire came with the cobra because that gave me decent number of wraps and still low res of 1.5 ohms.
