hi everyone ... as a 43 year old smoker of around 20 a day i have tried champix zyban and patches all to no avail ... A couple of days ago while at a best mates of mine i said going out for a smoke , when out came his e-cig..been on them 4 days now havnt touched a proper cig since ..GREAT Now i have seen other mates with them so thought id give it a try Today i whent down to a local shop on my way into work (nights) 4.15 and the dam shop was closed i Have been reading around the site last night and this evening and decided to join and post what i think im going to do The mate i told you about as got MATCHLESS 2x battery 2 x carton and 1 usb charger for 14.99 also a refill 5 x carts for 6.99 these are slightly less than net prices and are from a local shop .. which to be honest i think would be better for me as im always in bed when the postie arrives lol He tells me each cart is lasting 2 days he was 20 a day habbit too and that he charges the battery inbetween use as he spends most time at home as a househusband..lol so in summary i thin kperhapps i`ll try these MATCHLESS for a couple of weeks as a cheap option and then if they work for me ( and i hope they do as my last chance really) then move onto something better which as longer battery life etcetc my main question for the friendley people of this site is .. can you re-fill the matchless ? at 6.99 for whhat could be ten days vapour it wouldnt really bother me if not .. thinking bout it even if they only last 1 day 6.99 for 5 days is equall to one days proper cigs so a 80% saving would be fine by me well i think i rambled on a bit to long to get story across .. any advice would be extremely welcoming

Hello & welcome Millerkev I'm not sure if we have ever worked out what model the matchless e-cigs are but no matter what you should be able to refill them. If the £14.99 kit comes with 5 cartomisers & 2 batteries, then that is a good price for a mini e-cig.

Depends usually you can I've got a cig a like and it's cartomisers have a little cap with pops off with a fork prong and I fill with juice. Just make sure you avoid getting any in the air tube. And blow through the carto before using to make sure it's free of juice.

You are right Millerkev, it doesn't matter too much if you are going to splash out on something better. Just tend to recommend 510's as they are so much easier to buy compatible parts for

Hi millerkev, and welcome to the forum, if you are just buying a cig-a-like to see if you get on with e-cigs, then it doesn't matter too much, as long as you are getting a true e-cig experience, I got my kit from www.skycig.co.uk it cost me just £11.99 for the full starter kit, using the coupon code SUN. I still carry this kit around with me now, as it is compatible with all my riva stuff, and is easier to use when driving, and draws less attention when I'm out and about. I spent 1 month using just this kit, before I ordered my riva and decided to really get into the world of vaping. I haven't had a real cigarette since I got the skycig in my hand.
