A point to remember on pet insurance is that some (including tesco) require you to pay the costs up front. Then your refunded at a later date. Other insurance companies pay all the up front costs direct to the vet.

Totally agree re vets not supporting raw feeding although imo it's often because they are affiliated with a certain brand of pet food that they like to try to sell. Both my dogs are raw fed and I wouldn't have it any other way.
