I've had a few days where my Riva feels like it's surgically attached to my hand, usually when I've just got a new favourite flavour or, more likely, when my 16yo daughter has driven me to the edge of murder!

You know my dad suggested the same thing. Drop the nicotine level and just chain vape. I don't like putting it down aslong as it's in my hand I can keep off the cigs, but if I try and vape like I would say smoke a cigarette. It doesn't work that way. Worth exploring.

Not to sound cruel or anything, but it may be an idea to stay off beer for a little while, it is one of the hardest tests to pass when you're trying to give up cigs

I look at vaping like drinking coffee(i cant drink the stuff i get the shakes)or pop,or eating sweets.You will know when you have over done it!I settled on 18mgs of nicotine,i was a moderate to heavy roll up smoker and i find thet 18mgs is fine to vape all day without adverse effects.Ewol,DONT think of vaping as replacement for the stinkies,just a different way to get your nicotine hit!Wait 2 weeks then go and sniff a grotty well used ashtray and tell me it doesnt disgust you!

have to say that going for a drink is what i thought would be my downfall bt after going on the lash yesterday 11 till 9 football inbetween and with the lads im suprised that i didnt have a single smoke and spent most of the day telling my mates how good the vape was and to my suprise some tasted my vape and really liked it..one of whom was coming to me every 5 minutes for a vape and asked to buy my mint choc chip filled ego ..lol
stick with it mate as per others say try some other juices find a few thats good for you and change em keep it interesting you soon be off the smokes.god luck

many have said similar things as i will but hope it helps to find people have similar experiences.

Only 2 weeks in to vaping myself and for the first week did have the odd fag, one every morning really. been 7 days with out one now so all looks good.

The flavour i have found makes a big difference. I think i was luck with the flavour i chose for my first back of cartos. I order a mixed tobacco flavour pack and some other flavours last week.

I have found that changing to sweet flavours such as cherry in the afternoon tender to heighten my taste for the tobacco flavours in an evening.

I also found that some of the tobacco flavours i have tried just do not work for me, if i had tried one of these first off I would of struggled much more to kick the real thing.

I think you get addicted to it. If you want to stop smoking but still wants the feeling of being smoked. )
You can opt for e-cig. That's one of my option, it saves your life. Just a suggestion.

Know how you feel ewol I've been vaping for a month and sometimes feel I would kill for a fag :-[ but I just remember why I'm doing it the only way I've gotten this far is by changing all my habits from smoking changing tea times etc. I'm sure you will feel better soon and well done on getting this far

I've been stopped for about a month and I have to say I've had some cravings and ups and downs but just stay with it. It's not easy but it is worth it! As yet I havent had a cig but I have to say if I bought any I know I would use them so in my case I just kinda run past the newsagents and ciggie counter in Tesco!!

I'm still having 2 cigs a day, but vaping the rest of the time. Even if I can't kick the 2 cigs a day I will still be a lot healthier. Hell, I feel it already, but I'm coughing non stop pretty much. I either have a cold or all that crap is getting a chance to come up now.

I just put money in the bank this morning in Ashton. Funny, in the indoor shopping centre there is an e-cig counter. I didn't really look, but it seemed they were all cig-a-likes so I didn't stop. I'm just going to make an order on vapeescape for some new liquid. RY4 is seriously getting boring so it's good timing really.

I never smoked menthol cigs but 99% of my vaping is HS Menthol from vapeescape
