Hi all,
I bought a vv gripper awhile ago - just recently it keeps showing 0 ohms when I press the button, I think I known what the problem is - the inner battery post is now touching the threaded part. A couple of days ago a little circular rubber fell out !!
Ive spilt the gripper in half and removed the thread and post and was wondering whats the best way to repair or is there somewhere which sells the replacement parts.
Cheers
Neil

no probs, it's an easy part to change, should only take you about 5 mins once you have the part

Hopefully its repairable as I am back on the twist at the moment - trouble with that is the internal thread has stripped and its a bugger holding the nova and trying to vape at the same time!!

lol that sucks as you have the gripper open, check all the wires are properly connected (carefully as you don't want cause damage) I guess the mantra here should be backup, backup, backup. Make sure you have backups for everything that way you still have a good device if 1 goes bad, and you won't need to hold the nova on the twist while vaping

www.ecigsforyou.co.uk/510-to-510-adapter have used these before this has a little nut on the end so you can clamp it in but there are many sites for mod bits also you may be able to substitute the grommet with one from an old atty/carto if you have any

I pinched a rubber grommet from a old ego battery when the connector on my LT went T*ts up, just pull the center pin up and keep pulling then slide the grommet off. Reverse to fit it in the gripper.

All sorted thanks - luckily I do have a mate at work who made me a new one - he's just a little slow at times, as he's only part time
