I can't do 30th Nov / 1st Dec. The following weekend is a possibility, but I can't say for definite yet.

Maybe a meet up sometime in the new year would be more feasible? Trying to arrange a get-together in December tends to be a nightmare, with people and venues being booked up with xmas dos and suchlike.

there will be people wanting to stay the night im sure
i think it would be a good idea to make the date and stick by it sooner rather than later give people chance to make plans also book rooms/flights etcetc
can you find out the price for a nights stay b&b
any further info ie routes nearest train/bus drop offs
if im right in saying j6 is fishlake area ? not the easiest place if you dont drive to get too
from a personel point of view im back at work on the sunday so the friday25th would be a deffo for me
but i do understand you have to go with the majority

not sure about bus services but I can pick people up from thorne train station which is about 15 mins away as long as they get taxi back ;-)
