I'm most confused by this. I have put a different drip tip in to no avail. Both drip tips I've used with it still have the o ring attached and in good condition. The first 20 mins are fine then it spurts liquid with every puff. I know to screw the tips in. And when it begins to spurt I check but they're still screwed in. The plastic thing on top of the head is as it should be. Any ideas??!

Has the white plastic cover on the atomizer head shifted to one side, the tiniest movement would allow liquid up the middle of the drip tip. Also if the top of the plastic got wet it would be enough to provide an escape route, try drying it with a q-tip or such.

Ive seen it mention, that sometimes the silicon cap needs a tiny amount cut off where it sits directly over the wicks.

Hiya, yes it is the original silicone cap, doesn't appear to have slipped at all, will make sure it's dry later and see if any needs cut off! And if the stop sucking so hard comment was aimed at me, Chris'll tell you I'm a really gentle sucker...but I'm not called mandy!!!

Make sure that the tank is firmly seated in the BOTTOM chrome ring, if you can see a gap, remove the Vision form your PV and take the drip tip off. place on a hard surface and press down on the top to re-seat the tank in the bottom ring. Re-assemble, make sure you don't screw the drip tip in too tight which pushes the tank out of the bottom ring. here's a picture showing the tank not seated right: This is more like it should be:
