Yeh, perfectly safe, and actually a nice menthol flavour. Wish I could say that adding menthol crystals was my idea, but it wasn't, I'm just passing on the good advice I myself got from this place

this place is full of good ideas and no matter how long you been here or how much you think you know along comes someone with another great idea/tip

Kev , I've got a bottle of Pixie Juice Mint choc chip , it's the 10 ml. bottle but it's only the 6 mg nicotine. I have used a little out of it but its not to my taste. If you want it , I can PM you. More than happy to pass it on , if its of any help!
