Thank you all so much , Im so glad I have you lovely people to rely on for advice because I was really judging myself a bit since I started using more e-juice. I think I should be easy on myself , after all Im off the stinkies so whatever it takes ...

I'm on 70PG/30VG juice so maybe I should look to get me some 50/50 ones. 12mg is probably the way to go , 16mg was far too harsh on my throat. I really enjoy vaping at 8mg but Im doing it constantly and partner and friends also made a comment about it , which does make me a bit self-conscious about how much Im using it.

I have had tests done a few months ago and had my blood pressure and heart rate checked and it was in the normal limits , and I was a smoker then.

Water - yes! Guilty ... Im not much of a water drinker - I have tried making a conscious effort with it since I started vaping because it really makes a difference. Its still hard for me to drink 1.5-2 L. a day but the frequent headaches are a reminder that I just NEED to.

It's been over 3 months since I stopped the analogues

I still cant believe I've done it , I used to love smoking ... now when I have the occasional cigarette I just hate it.

Anyway , I experimented with different nic. strenghts ( anything between 6-16mg ) but settled for 8mg and that's what I've been vaping for 2 and a half months. First month I vaped 4ml. / day , but in the last few weeks I easily go through 6-7ml. / day.

I havent had a smooth ride with it , had two horrible colds / "quitters flu" that lasted about 10 days each , my kit failed me a couple of times but fingers crossed , Im all settled now.

Im a bit worried I am vaping too much though ... I get more headaches than usual ( probably not drinking enough water? ) and rapid heart beats so Im just a bit concerned. Any advice, please?

Tastes a bit like banana foam sweets , I would guess. I was attracted to the name ( as love the films ) , but it just isnt for me, sadly! Would have loved to say I vape Minion farts

How come ? ??? I havent heard a bad word about them so far and I did have a look on this forum for research . But I guess everything's subjective when it comes to vendors, right?

Pepperty , I found the fizzy trifle on Triphammer . It says vanilla custard with a fizzy edge on the description. Now that sounds interesting!

I am looking to find some new e-juices to "play with" . I have a menthol vape as my all day vape but fancy something a bit different.

Anyone can recommend e-juices with a bit of a zing : lemon , lime , citrus - something that is very refreshing and fizzy , please?
