I cant smoke nasties anymore  during my illness a friend came to visit me and she still smokes..................I dont know why I did, but she offered me one and I accepted  3 puffs on that nasty resulted in me hugging the loo retching, shaking, heart hammering and perspiring madly................ I was sitting on the bathroom floor thinking I was going to pass out. I hadnt vaped that morning before my friend popping over, so I know it wasnt od'ing on nicotine. So............... no more nasties for me................. my body wont take them anymore  |

I don't think ive reached that stage yet. I genuinely think I'd snatch someone's hand off if they offered me one and love every second that I was sucking on it (the fag i mean, not the hand, I don't suck hands- that's just weird)

I only have to smell people coming inside after "going out for some fresh air" to know that I will never smoke a nasty again.
