Slightly crossed Colli he's after the plastic piece that fits inside the head of the mod - It's a piece of plastic with a brass centre pin which contacts the top of the battery

I am not sure if I am cross wires here but are you looking for the battery to atty connector or something to fit it in if its to fit it in try using a coin drilled out to fit the connector then cut/file/grind to fit to the mod and seal it with some hot glue TBH mate I'm not entirely sure what it is, but all I can see is a circular disc of plastic with a brass pin which connects to the positive end of the battery. Above that, which is hidden, is presumably the wiring from the pin to the horn button and the atty connection. I think Warlord has sussed what I'm talking about, so it's a case of finding some plastic and getting it cut once I've established that the tube can be made cheaply enough. Cheers for your help, as I realise I've not been as clear as I wanted to be.

I've seen several of these torch/tube mods made on vids, and I *think* the bit you're looking for is often made by cutting down a large plastic bottle cap to fit. Something like a milk bottle or juice bottle, the kind with a wide plastic cap. And then use a small brass screw or a cut-down copper nail stuck through the middle and epoxied in as the connector. Does that seem right or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Does that seem right or am I barking up the wrong tree? That sounds like a good idea to me. Because I haven't taken it apart I had no idea how thick that piece of plastic is, but I'm getting the idea that it's not as thick as I first thought.
