I'm a lot more comfortable with a victim taking their own justice in those kinds of situations, the book/movie "Sleepers" if you've ever seen it was a good example of that.

Sickening to see that,I know Cardiff quite well as I have friends there,but wherever,you cant help wondering what makes someone do something like this,aiming at women and children,Iam lost for words
