You're good, 24mg for me is like vaping air! sorry that we dont have anything lower, i suppose you can mix it with a non flavour ZERO mg bought from elsewhere but im not sure how that will dillute it and if it will affect the flavour at all.

For 20mg, I'd need to buy at least 5ml zero nic. juice in the same flavour from a different vendor, which would taste different, or use plain PG and VG and buy a bottle of flavouring, which would also taste different, buy an empty 30ml bottle, add the p & p on for buying all those and I'd be saving nothing but spending more. Just adding plain PG and VG to 20ml dilutes the flavour quite a bit, I've tried it. I'm just awkward! Lol

that is awkward I cant imagine 11mg and 8mg is much different but then ive only ever tried 11mg when i first started vaping about 4 years ago. The mix version should be a little lighter on the throat hit, the 70\30 PG\VG if you fancy trying it out send me your address(to our info email) and ill post it to you for free so you can try it out. let me know which flavour too...

Thanks Aaron,that's very kind of you, but it's not the TH that's a problem, it's the nicotine.

Nicotine constricts blood vessels in the brain which is harmless to most people, but to migraine sufferers it's a nightmare, as during a migraine attack, that's what also happens, the blood vessels in the brain constrict, so nicotine can bring a migraine on.
In all honesty, I shouldn't be taking in any nicotine at all, but like everyone else in here, I'm addicted. I started off at 18mg and have gradually worked my way down to 8 and *touchwood*, no migraines at all at 8, but I did get them at 11.
